MarxModa Opens New Headquarters

Office designer and furniture dealer MarxModa opened its headquarters inside a long-vacant building in Detroit's Financial District last week.

CEO Joe Marx said the building at 751 Griswold St. was vacant for 20 years before MarxModa decided to restore it.

"We look at it like... it's part of our chance to give back," Marx said.
