MarxModa was pleased to partner with the Downtown Detroit Partnership on the design of an office that allows their employees to make a difference for the City of Detroit.

COVID-19 Update

The Downtown Detroit Partnership has updated their office to make the space safe for their employees and guests. They have adjusted furniture layouts to promote distancing, added sanitizing tools, instituted a new guest intake system with temperature checks and PPE, and added signage detailing their new office protocols.

Goal

To create a headquarters within One Campus Martius that supports their staff and guests. The space was designed specifically for the work their employees do with dedicated areas for collaborative ideation, spending quality time with colleagues on breaks and at meal times, and a place for guests to rest comfortably before and after meetings.

Scope

An executive office, 3 private offices, one shared office, open workstations, 2 conference rooms, a work lounge, employee café, and reception area.
