Please join us in for a virtual CEU with Nick Feuerstein from Framery at 10 am on Wednesday, June 23 or Thursday, June 24.

Framery is the pioneer and the world’s leading manufacturer of soundproof private spaces for solving noise and privacy issues in open offices: their products make employees happier and more productive in offices of dozens of the world’s leading companies, including Microsoft, Puma and Tesla.

In this CEU we will explore the sound insulation and interior acoustics of office pods to understand why privacy solutions are needed in offices of the future. Participants will earn credit for one learning unit.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand the importance of sound insulation and interior acoustics of office pods
  • Know the factors that affect the sound insulation and interior acoustics
  • Discover how the insulation and acoustics can and cannot be measured in office pods to produce comparable numeric values
  • Understand how noise and sound insulation are subjectively experienced

This CEU registered with AIA CES for continuing professional education. Credits earned on completion of the course will be reported to AIA CES for AIA members. Members of other organizations including IDCEC may request a certificate of completion following the course that they may use to self-report for potential credit through their organization.
