MarxModa was excited to partner with FirstMerit Bank and help them make a difference for their employees and clients with the design of their new headquarters.
Goal: To help First Merit Bank design and furnish their new Southfield headquarters within their beautiful new Town Center space. Using MarxModa’s cultural assessment, FirstMerit was able to identify their ideal company culture, which made it possible to design a habitat that supported their desired work behaviors. The headquarters location is the prototype for all other locations and embodies the open, collaborative, and transparent type of environment they need.
Scope: Living room, bar/kitchen, workstations, private offices, and conference rooms.
