MarxModa collaborated with OXStudio on this award-winning building renovation for second to none, an Ann Arbor based customer experience agency.
The team was challenged to create a modern office environment within the historic King-Seeley Thermos Company Headquarters and Research building, built in 1970. Extensive renovations were undertaken to update the space, which was then furnished to match. The new workspace was shaped to increase team collaboration and maximize camaraderie and includes a lobby, conference rooms, workstations, and a combination kitchen and break area.
The 2017 project was awarded the 2019 Huron Valley Chapter Honor Award for Interior Architecture from the American Institutes of Architecture with MarxModa recognized for furniture design.
